SHIPPING

For UK customers shipping is either by Royal Mail or by signed for courier service of our choice (currently Business Post). Charges including VAT are from £3.00 for small orders or free on orders over £100.00. Where free shipping is offered method will be at the discretion of Phil Parker Ltd.

For all other customers shipping rate is based on approximate weight of the article(s) and charge will be shown at end of order page. All international shipping methods are at the discretion of Phil Parker Ltd.

RETURNS

If you have to return a product because it is faulty or incorrectly supplied please contact us within 3 days and we will arrange for collection or agree to refund your reasnable costs at our discretion. Replacements will be shipped free of shipping charges.

If you wish to return goods incorrectly ordered you should notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods for instructions. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are unused and in original packaging. Return costs are your responsibility and we would advise using a signed for service. Goods returned in other than new condition are liable for a minimum 25% restocking charge.
